How long does delivery take? 

We strive to deliver your order to your door within 2-4 working days. 

What is "Click & Collect?" 

Click & Collect basically allows you to purchase a product online without having to pay the delivery fee. If you choose Click & Collect as a delivery method on Checkout, it will be your responsibility to collect your order from our warehouse. 

Where is your Click & Collect Warehouse?

Our warehouse address is 27 Dr Goonam Street, Durban

I've Chosen Click & Collect, Now What?

We process all orders within 1 working day. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via Email or SMS for you to collect.

Something I really want is out of stock, what can I do? 

Pop us a mail to info@deendistrict.com with the item you want and we will notify you when it is back in stock.   

I want to Pre-orders an item, how Do Pre-orders work and when will I receive my order?

The only difference with pre-orders is that they have a longer delivery lead time. Simply "Add to Cart" and checkout as normal. By doing so, you have secured the item and will be the first to receive it when it arrives. 

 What payment types do you accept?

We accept VISA and MasterCard as well as EFT payments.

 How are Payments processed?

Payments are processed via Payfast – a safe and secure third party online payment gateway.

 How safe is it to shop with you?

Extremely - Our credit card checkout is SSL secure and verified through 3D Secure. Deen District doesn’t even get access to your credit card information and all credit card details are encrypted.

 What should I do when I find it difficult to order from your website?

 How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive an email to confirm that you have made a purchase as well as an order summary. You will also be notified via email once your order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking number.  

 My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?

You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you.

Everywhere in South Africa 

 Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

We deliver your order to the address specified upon check out.  

 Do you allow exchanges or refunds?

Yes, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days upon receipt of the item to return or exchange it. For more information please see our refund policy

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Quran Cube products come with a 1 year warranty

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please inform us immediately by emailing info@deendistrict.com or give us a call on 072 085 1467 and we will have this rectified for you.  

How do I return my purchase?

Please see our refund policy for more information on how to initiate a return.  

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You have 14 days to return your order. This means that within 14 days of receiving your delivery you have to submit a return request on the website.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving it. We will send you an email to confirm how you would like to be refunded.

Do I pay the shipping charge?

Yes, when you return something you have to cover the delivery costs..

What reasons are allowed for returns?

As long as you return the item in its original state and packaging with all the labels attached, you can return it for any reason.
